Landmark Research Contribution
Developed a unique method of biomimetic coating of bioceramics, e.g., hydroxyapatite on biomedical implants (orthopaedic, orbital, dental) analogous to biomineralisation of natural bone. This coating enhances biocompatibility of the coated implant in vivo and expedites bone regeneration for a faster recovery after bone tissue damage.
