Notable Research Contribution
  • Transparent silica glass having transmission (~80% at 200 nm of 2 mm thick) was prepared below 1500?C by sol-gel processing.
  • Antireflection coatings on lead containing glasses (300 mm x 300 mm x 50 mm) having high refractive indices has been achieved.
