  1. Dense Si3N4 based product and assorted powder
  2. IR transparent AlON ceramics
  3. Dy-Si-Al-O-N for high speed cutting tool and wear resistant parts
  4. Pilot plant for synthesis of HBN powder and dense product
  5. AlN based material with superior ballistic properties
  6. AlN powder and dense product
  7. (Mi,Ti,Zr,Ta,W)-Si - RBSiC material
