Vigilance Awareness
Like any other progressive and esteemed Organisation, we need to join the mission of evolving the best practices in the area of preventive vigilance. As an organization we must make our sincere endeavour to have greater transparency in decision-making, reducing the scope of discretion and thereby avoiding incidents of corporate governance oversight.
In most of the cases of oversight, our colleagues are not actually aware of the finer points of the systems and procedures thereby resulting in unintentional flaws and mistakes on their parts. This electronic forum has been specially designed to spread the awareness about the concerned Rule provisions as well as the recourse an individual can take in time of need.
Observance of Vigilance Week
केंद्रीय सतर्कता आयोग के परिपत्र सं 05/08/19 (सं.019/VGL/029) दिनांक-02.08.2019 एवं सीएसआईआर के पत्र सं 15-6 (82)/98- का.ज्ञा (सतर्कता) दिनांक 13 अगस्त 2019 द्वारा पृष्ठांकित परिषद में सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह 28 अक्तुबर को आरंभ होगा 02 नवंबर 2019 तक मनाया जाएगा।
विषय
केंद्रीय सतर्कता आयोग को भारत सरकार के संकल्प संख्या 371/20/99/AVD-III दिनांक-04.04.1999 के अनुच्छेद 3(V) के अंतर्गत घोषित विशेष दायित्व है कि, प्रति वर्ष 31 अक्तुबर से आरंभ सप्ताह को सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह के रूप में मनाया जाता है सरदार वल्लभ भाई पटेल जैसे विशिष्ट नेता के दूरदर्शिता को ध्यान में रखते हुए तथा भ्रष्टाचार जैसे सामाजिक बुराई को समाप्त करने की आवश्यकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह सप्ताह का अनुपालन किया जाता है। 31 अक्तुबर महत्वपूर्ण इसीलिए है क्योंकि भारत के विस्मार्क कहे जाने वाले सरदार वल्लभ भाई पटेल की यह जन्मतिथि है। शासन विधि की चर्चा करें तो सरदार पटेल द्वारा भारतीय मूल्यों का सबसे अच्छा उदाहरण उनमें पाया गया है। देश को एकता के सूत्र में बांधना और सार्वजनिक जीवन में सत्यनिष्ठा का वे उज्वल उदाहरण हैं। भारत की प्रशासनिक ढ़ाचा स्थापित करने में सरदार पटेल की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है।
इस वर्ष सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह का मुख्य विषय है- ‘Integrity- A way of life (ईमानदारी-एक जीवन शैली)‘
