  2. First ever experimental demonstration of charge transport through a single DNA molecule using a uniquely designed carbon nanotube based platform
  3. Invention of a lithography-free technique for fabrication of a complete digital logic inverter on a single ZnO nanowire
  4. Design and fabrication of a mass-producible nanogap sensor array, using standard microfabrication technology, for ultra-sensitive (sub femto-molar) detection of DNA and mRNA
