• Proposal of the party is evaluated by internal committee/head of Institution as per CSIR rules
• If required party may be requested to present before committee/authority
• Technical and financial bid needs to be submitted by the party
• An NDA is signed with the party before disclosure of any information
• The technical and financial bid is evaluated by the competent authority
• Successful party is informed about the terms and conditions and requested to sign an agreement
• Finalization of terms and condition including pricing, royalty etc. through negotiation
• Signing of agreement with the party before handing over the TOT and related documents
• Monitoring of the uses of Technology periodically as per terms and conditions
