Research Interest

Development of analytical methods for the characterization of glass and ceramic materials in the field of Atomic Emission and Atomic Absorption Spectroscopic technique. Inorganic materials synthesis, characterization and structure determination is another field of research interest.

Landmark Research Contribution

Developed analytical methods for the determination of minor and trace elements on ICP-OES. Established the methodology for the determination of arsenic in water using GH-AAS. Development of solid phase extraction technique for preconcentration and determination of arsenic in water by UV Visible spectrophotometric method.
