Received ‘Ganpule Award-2022’  along with other co-recipients S. Manna and G. De during international conference “Global Trends in Traditional to Space Ceramics (GT-TSC’22)” held at IIT-BHU, Varanasi on December 8-9, 2022 for the paper entitled “Photocatalytic evaluation of anatase TiO₂ coating on ceramic tiles by Raman spectroscopy” published in the Trans. Ind. Ceram. Soc., 2020, 79 (1), 13-17.

Selected as the ‘International Scientific Organizing Committee and Advisory Member’ for the Summit on Advanced Materials & Sustainable Energy (G-AMSE22) by Van Yuzuncu Yil University, Van, Turkey during October 3-4, 2022.

Awarded with Raman Research Fellowship 2022-2023 by CSIR.

Received ‘Deokaran Award – 2022’ along with other co-recipients Dr. Ripan K. Biswas and Dr. K. Muraleedharan on December 8, 2022 from Indian Ceramic Society for their paper entitled ‘Study of Short-range Ordering in Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Materials from Laboratory based Pair Distribution Function (LPDF)’ published in Trans. Ind. Ceram. Soc., 79(3), 158-165 (2020).

Conferred with the ‘Swami Vivekananda Excellence Award 2023’ and the ‘Life Time Achievement Award 2022’ by International Benevolent Research Foundation (IBRF), Kolkata and  International Academy of Science and Research, Kolkata respectively.

Awarded ‘CSIR-CGCRI Foundation Day Award 2022’ along with other co-recipient Dr. Sourja Ghosh on August 26, 2022 for best Technology/Patent entitled “A method for safe disposal of arsenic-rich sludge obtained from treatment of contaminated groundwater and its utilization in developing heat protective glass”.

Conferred with the Malaviya Award-2022 along with other co-recipient Sourja Ghosh, Swachchha Majumdar, Somendranath Roy and Surajit Dey by Indian Ceramic Society on December 8, 2022.
